What is OKZest?

OKZest is a service that allows you to embed recipient-personalized text into images in real-time.

They can be used in certificates, chatbots, emails, newsletters, social media DMs and websites.

Why did we build OKZest?

Most communication companies send out is generic. They send messages in the hope that subject lines and headings can resonate with a small percentage of the audience.

Human to human communication is not like that…

The Problem

Human attention levels increase with engagement. True engagement cannot come from generic communication, it must be personal.

Current Limitations

Some companies use people's first names at the start of an email or at the top of a website – but this is often the limit of their 'personalisation'.

Hasn't this been done before?

This isn't a new concept, but it is one that is under-utilised. In fact, many people aren't aware that the functionality exists.

Whilst doing a feasibility study for entry into the market, we found that the existing solutions didn't offer clarity on pricing, they limited basic functionality to their higher priced plans and their products were buggy and confusing to use.

We knew we could do much better!

Recognising the importance of personalised interactions, we set out to create a solution that would empower businesses to enhance customer engagement, boost brand loyalty and ultimately drive results.
