OKZest – June 2024 Updates

Roadmap

We have updated our roadmap page to show items that we have completed, as well as add some items that we plan to work on, or could potentially work on.

Our roadmap is open to everyone, so feel free to vote suggestions up, or add new ones. We use the votes to help decide what we develop next.

As you can see from the roadmap, the current task in progress is the updating our welcome and follow-up emails.

Nexweave shut down in June 2024

As we posted in our May blog post, Nexweave were going to shut down on 5th June. They actually stayed up a a few days beyond this, but since then, their website has been displaying the message ‘1016 - Origin DNS error’.

I got in contact with Inder, the owner of Nexweave to ask what the situation was and if we could collaborate for mutual benefit. We had a nice discussion, but it seems that another company (larger than ours) is able to offer more value to him.

Inder was kind enough to validate our approach and offer some insight into the types of customers that we should be aiming to attract.

Marketing Strategy

One of the things I love about social media is the ability to help others – and be helped! Jordan (founder of Founders Owl) reached out to me, offering advice on marketing. He instantly came up with some ideas and suggestions that we haven’t thought of before – and provided clarity on what our next steps should be – we've got a lot of work to do!
